Thimo is a computer scientist with a passion for data. He has been active in local government for 10 years, promoting open data and data governance practices, always with the improved quality of life for citizens in mind. He is a board member of Open Knowledge Belgium, a technology advisor at OASC, and a business liaison at the Digital Agency of the City of Ghent. He brings real experience within local government and best practices in data exchange to the programme.
