Moderation:
Illia Rodin is the Chief Solutions Architect and Head of Software Development in the state enterprise "DIIA" in the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial software development and has been involved in over 50 projects in telecom, media, entertainment, retail, security and GovTech spheres. In addition he has extensive commercial experience in cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, CV, IoT, AR/VR, Blockchain.

Moderation:
Paula RODRIGUEZ MÜLLER, PhD, is a scientific project officer at the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission and a Research Fellow at the KU Leuven Public Governance Institute (Belgium). She earned her PhD at KU Leuven, where her research revolved around the co-creation of digital public services and the realization of public values. At JRC, her current work is centred on digital transformation in the public sector, with a focus on emerging technologies and interoperability.
