Biography
Leonardo Quattrucci advises governments and businesses on putting technology to public service. His career spans policy and technology.
At the European Commission, he served as a member of the European Political Strategy Center, the advisory service to the President. At Amazon Web Services, he was the Head of Technical Programs at the Center for Quantum Networking. In this role, he also launched a first-of-its-kind partnership with Harvard University. Previously at AWS, he led the support units to the United Nations in response to COVID-19 and led the Amazon Web Services Institute — a think-and-do tank to put technology to public service.
Today, he is a Senior Fellow at the International Center for Future Generations and a Senior Advisor to Apolitical, a learning network to upskill governments. Leonardo's work has been recognised by Schmidt Futures, Forbes Magazine, the World Economic Forum, the BMW Foundation, and the Aspen Institute, among others.
He graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master of Public Policy.

Biography
Razvan-Petru Radu is a digital business and technology leader at the Publications Office of the European Union providing EU citizens, governments and businesses with digital access to authentic information and data from the European Union.
Razvan specializes in corporate web, digital dissemination and knowledge retrieval platforms as well as ICT & innovation strategy. With a master degree in information systems security management and another one in system engineering, Razvan has over 20 years leadership and innovation responsibilities in a highly qualified multi-national & multi-cultural workforce in both the public and private sectors.
Razvan is very much involved in creating compelling networking opportunities and inspirational educational initiatives with non profit organizations.
