In this panel, the high-level representatives of EU public services will discuss the potential of sharing and reusing IT solutions, and the role of open source, as drivers and technical pillars of the IEA and its implementation.
Moderation:
Marcel Kolaja-member of the Czech Pirate Party-was elected as a Member of the European parliament in 2019. Until 2022 he served as a Vice-president of the European Parliament, afterwards he became a Quaestor. His work is mainly focused on topics related to the functioning of society in the digital age. Kolaja stands for open technologies, freedom on the Internet, independence of media, transparency, and a united Europe. Kolaja graduated from the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University in Brno.

Moderation:
Stefanos is currently Programme Officer at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Digital Services. He is actively involved in initiatives and activities aimed at modernising public administrations by developing and deploying interoperable and innovative public services. Over the past decade, he has worked extensively with European public administrations to enhance ICT skills, advance eGovernance, and bolster their resilience and progress.
