Dimitrios Gkatzoflias has more than 15 years of mobility and transport experience both in the public and private sector. After 8 years working in Greece at a University laboratory and a spin-off company, he joined the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission in Italy for 2 years as a Technical Project Officer. In 2015, he moved to Germany to work for the private sector, before re-joining the European Commission in 2022 as a Policy Officer at the Intelligent and Sustainable Transport Unit of the Directorate-General Mobility and Transport in Brussels. 

Jean-Michel Guilmot is the programme manager of the Sovereign-X consortium delivering the Simpl solutions for DG CNECT. He has a 20+ years career experience in IT consulting and services companies, delivering large scale IT solutions for clients in the finance, telecom and public administrations sectors, and more specifically for the European Commission.
